The unfortunate truth of PFAS chemicals is that there is no real way to get rid of them. They’re nicknamed “forever chemicals” because they don’t break down. 

Suppose we found a way, though. Some miracle cure that cleans our blood. A remedy, like in Purification, with the toxin stripped from our body. Because PFAS is so prevalent in our water, environment, and food, the moment they leave our body, they’ll come right back. You see, the only way to get rid of PFAS is to remove them from the environment entirely. That’s what humanity has to do.
